Each Autumn the City of Summerside becomes populated with hundreds of
weird and interesting characters...some scarey and some humorous, some in
action and others content to sit back and watch everyone going by...
From September 20th until October 31st, many of Summerside's residents join
in decorating for the harvest season with scarecrows and other festive items.
